
Once you reach out to me, as a first step, we will arrange to have a brief 10-15 minute (free of charge) phone conversationI. I can be reached by mobile phone, email or by filling in the form in the CONTACT ME section, to which I will respond within the next working day. If it feels appropriate, we will then schedule an initial consultation either in- person or online where we will discuss your concerns in depth and consider together if therapy seems to be the right way forward. The decision to start therapy is an important commitment. This initial consultation will give you a flavour of what it would be like working together.

My fees vary according to venue and are agreed during the initial call and before the initial consultation. Ongoing fees are invoiced at the end of each calendar month.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and the ongoing fee will be agreed during the first consultation. The sessions will usually take place on the same day and at the same time each week.
This regularity and consistency in the session times is an important aspect of the therapy process and contributes towards building a safe therapeutic experience that you can come to rely on.
Sessions can be either short term (pre-agreed number of sessions) or open-ended.
